If you’re calling between 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, your call will always be answered by a LIVE tech support representative here at our office headquarters in Hulbert.  Our techs will be happy to help you with any service-related issues.

After-hours Support

 

If you're calling after normal business hours, you will be connected to our after-hours call center.  In general, our after-hours call center will provide support for issues that occur inside of your home.  If you are needing to report a cut fiber cable or any storm-related damage; please let our after-hours support know. Lake Region makes every effort to promptly resolve service interruptions.
